I hope you will be totally happy with your new artwork, and so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.

If  a painting is not as expected, you will have 14 days to contact me by email to request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you will responsible for packing and arranging for return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the artwork has been safely returned in the same condition, I will refund your payment within 14 days.

If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days, and if possible provide a photograph.
